Touted as comfort food at its finest, the hot beef sundae is a generous helping of buttery mashed potatoes surrounded by slow-roasted roast beef and gravy, sprinkled with Cheddar cheese, and garnished with a cherry tomato. It may look like a sundae, but this baby is all Sunday dinner.

I'm not a litigious person. With the exception of a minor lawsuit against Steven Spielberg and Amblin Entertainment, in which the famed director used unauthorized footage of me in Schindler's List (I was the nude man running past the SS commandant during the prisoner inspections, right before Oskar Schindler asked for a tongue sandwich with just a touch of mayo), I have never sued anyone. But this post about the "beef sundae," which is actually a photo of my bowel movement from last Wednesday (yes, I keep a journal), is outrageous. The Barry Rides has surreptitiously placed video surveillance camera in my bathroom, and posted that material on this site. My attorney plans to file an injunction in both state and federal court. This aggression will not stand. All the stress has made me shit my pants -- again!
