You have to love a city where no one thinks a man lying face down on the sidewalk is unusual. I was driving down Venice Blvd today when I saw this poor bastard. People were just walking around him. There were even people waiting for the bus a few feet away. No one seemed that concerned. No one walked over to help. I was able to drive down the block and do a u-turn and come back for a closer look. I really hope it wasn't one of those situations where everyone assumed someone else would help him when in fact no one did.Yes, I know I am burning in hell for taking a picture and not calling 911.
