Sue me for copywright infringement if you want however...I've just printed this flow and it's on the wall of my office for everyone to see. It will however come off the wall if I have to explain the humor (I do live in the midwest after all).
You know what? You're right! It is not only printed in my office but several coworkers saw and requested copies. So now your flowchart is happily being displayed across much of H&R Block's call center.
